Civil Aviation Amendment Bill [Download]

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Civil Aviation Act [Chapter 13:16], to achieve the following principal objectives: Address gaps in the Act that were identified by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Audit held in 2019; To align the Act to the Public Entities and Corporate Governance Act [Chapter 10:31]; To correct the sharing ratio between the Authority and the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited from 90%:10% to 70%:30%.
