I therefore, implore all State (Ministries, Departments and Agencies) and Non-State Actors to be guided by this National Gender Policy in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all policies, strategies, programs and projects that direct the country towards achieving the ideals set out in the Country`s Vision 2030 and SDGs.
I therefore, present this policy to all institutions of government, the private sector, civil society organisations, Independent Commissions, Development Partners, Community and Faith Based Organisations, and Traditional and Religious Leaders to adopt a whole-of-society and whole of government approach and collaborate for the achievement of a gender just Zimbabwean society in which men, women, boys and girls, enjoy equality, contribute and benefit as equal partners in the development of our beloved country
