This Bill (Persons with Disabilities Bill) seeks to provide for the alignment of the bill to the Constitution. The Bill reflects human rights based approach to disability, fundamental rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities. For this purpose, the Bill establishes a Commission to carry out a number of functions.
