Parliament to hold Pre-Budget Seminar this Friday
Parliament of Zimbabwe will be holding the 2023 pre-budget seminar on Friday 21 October 2022 at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare.
The seminar brings together, Parliamentarians and executives to negotiate the budgetary allocations for the 2023 financial year.
Last year the Seminar was held in Victoria Falls where the government chartered a plane to transport the legislators.
However, this year, Clerk of Parliament Kennedy Chokuda confirmed that the seminar will be happening in Harare.
‘’Please be advised that the pre-budget seminar will take place from Friday 21st October 2022 to Monday 24 October 2022 at the Harare International Conference Centre.
‘’Members from outside Harare who require accommodations will be accommodated at the Rainbow Towers and Ambassador Hotel beginning the evening of Thursday 20th October 2022.
‘’The program for the seminar is being forwarded to members emails for their information and use. Further updates on the seminar will be shared with members during the course of the week,’’ he said.
