We were elected to deal with garbage and water, not to attend court: Ian Makone

Harare Mayor Ian Makone has bemoaned the time that Councillor Kudzai Kadzomba (Deputy Mayor) will spend at court trying to defend herself, arguing that the time is supposed to be used in improving service delivery. He called on the judiciary to speed up their process.
