Any private voluntary organisation which is aggrieved by any decision of the Board relating to the rejection, either wholly or in part, of an application for registration or exemption, or to the cancellation, amendment, surrender or restoration of a certificate of registration or exemption, or to the conditional registration of a private voluntary organisation, may appeal within fourteen days of receiving notification of the Board’s decision, appeal to the Minister.
