THE public is hereby notified, in terms of section 39(4)(a) of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13], of vacancies that have occurred among the party-list members of the Senate following the recall, on the 7th of November, 2023, of persons specified in Schedule 1 who were members of the Senate representing Provinces stated opposite their names by virtue of section 120(1)(a) of the Constitution.
