The PVO Amendment Bill public hearing in Harare was forced to end prematurely as some of the members became disruptive. This meant that some people were denied the opportunities to give their views. This is not the first public hearing that has been disrupted in Highfields as the same happened during the Local Government Laws Amendment Bill public hearing in 2016
